2. Will my puppy be scared or stressed during travel?

3. How do I know my puppy will be healthy upon arrival?

6. Can I meet the transport team when my puppy arrives?

7. How far in advance should I prepare for my puppy’s arrival?

Give them time to rest, explore, and adjust to their new environment at their own pace. Most puppies start showing their playful personalities within 24–48 hours.


9. What happens if there’s a delay in delivery?

Delays are rare, but if weather, logistics, or flight schedules cause one, we will inform you immediately and provide a new estimated arrival time. Your puppy’s safety will always come before speed, and we will ensure they remain well cared for until they reach you.


10. Why don’t you allow local pickups?

For the safety of our puppies and to maintain a controlled, stress-free environment, we do not offer local pickups. Limiting handling and contact before adoption reduces exposure to illnesses, stress, and environmental changes. Our carefully managed delivery process ensures that every puppy travels in a secure and consistent way, arriving to you healthy, happy, and ready for their new life.
