That’s why every one of our puppies comes with a comprehensive 1-Year Health Guarantee designed to protect both you and your new companion.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Our health guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind by protecting against the most serious and preventable health issues.

Each puppy comes with:

  • A Complete Veterinary Examination – Before leaving our care, every puppy is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian to confirm they are healthy and ready for travel.

  • Up-to-Date Vaccinations – Your puppy will have received all age-appropriate vaccinations and will arrive with a clear vaccination record.

  • Deworming Schedule – Puppies are routinely dewormed to ensure they start life parasite-free.

  • Starter Food Pack & Feeding Guide – To make the transition smoother, we provide a small pack of the food your puppy has been eating, along with detailed instructions for continuing their diet.

Genetic Health Guarantee (1 Year)

We are confident in the strength and quality of our bloodlines, but in the rare case of a genetic disorder that affects your puppy’s quality of life, we stand by you. Our 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee covers major hereditary conditions that could impact your puppy’s long-term well-being.

If a covered genetic issue is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the first year of ownership, you will be eligible for either:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability), OR

  • A refund as per our policy terms.

We require documented proof from a licensed veterinarian to ensure accurate diagnosis.

Owner’s Responsibility

Our guarantee is a partnership. To keep your puppy healthy, we ask that you:

  • Schedule a vet check within 72 hours of your puppy’s arrival to confirm their health and establish veterinary care.

  • Keep your puppy up to date on vaccinations, parasite prevention, and regular check-ups as advised by your vet.

  • Provide a safe, loving environment with proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization.

Failure to follow basic care guidelines may void the health guarantee, as your puppy’s well-being depends on both our start and your continued commitment.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

While we stand behind our puppies, some things are outside of our control. Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor, temporary illnesses such as colds, diarrhea, or stress-related issues from travel or new environments (these are common in puppies adjusting to a new home).

  • Conditions caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care.

  • Non-genetic health issues that are preventable through routine veterinary care.

  • Costs associated with veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, or treatments unrelated to genetic disorders.
